The websites, applications and other digital information, news and publications that form the network of the APV group (Australian Performance Vehicles Pty Ltd, and it's subsidiary companies) sites are owned and operated by Australian Performance Vehicles Pty Ltd. The APV Sites include information and data provided by APV and a number of third parties. The terms of use, together with any other additional terms, conditions, notices and disclaimers contained elsewhere on the APV Sites, form the terms and conditions of supply of material on, use of and access to the APV Sites.

If you use any of the APV Sites, you agree to be bound by these terms. APV reserves the right to change these terms by posting changes online. It is your responsibility to check the terms regularly. Your continued use of the APV Sites after any changes are made to these terms constitutes an acknowledgement and agreement by you that you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and any changes made to them.

Should you object to any of these conditions or any subsequent modifications your only recourse is to immediately discontinue your use of the FRG Sites. The material contained within our sites, is Proprietary and the Intellectual Property is owned by APV and is porvided soley for your reference and for the ordering of products and services. The coping, replication or use of this material for any other commerical or other use is strictly prohibited.

All Products supplied and manufactured by APV are sold with express understanding that the purchaser and user are thoroughly familiar with the safe and proper fitment, use and application of the product. It is the explicit responsibility of the user, competent and/or qualified person to consider all risk factors prior to using any of our products. The user assumes all responsibility for the proper fitment, use and application of our products. The user should have sufficient training and knowledge of all applicable standards to ensure responsible fitment and use our products. Fitment by untrained persons is hazardous. If you have any questions or concerns, call us prior to fitment.

It is your explicit responsibility to consider all risk factors prior to installing or using any device or product. Installation by untrained persons is hazardous.

A visual inspection and operational test of a seat belt must be made on an annual basis. Harnesses and Seat Belts that are damaged, have frayed webbing or determined to be unsafe must not be used for any application. If the APV Standards Certification tag is missing, illegible or incomplete the seat belt or harness must be replaced. Similarly, if a vehicle has been is accident the seat belt must be replaced.
